醫(yī)院概覽
山東省眼科醫(yī)院于2004年由中國(guó)工程院院士---謝立信教授創(chuàng)辦，是山東省委省政府做大做強(qiáng) “山東大眼科”，發(fā)揮院士效應(yīng)的重要舉措，是山東省眼科研究所“做大做強(qiáng)”的重要步驟，也是國(guó)內(nèi)最大的集醫(yī)療、教學(xué)、科研、防盲為一體的國(guó)有省級(jí)三級(jí)甲等眼科專(zhuān)科醫(yī)院之一。
作為院士單位，我院具備國(guó)內(nèi)突出、省內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的人才、技術(shù)、科研優(yōu)勢(shì)。醫(yī)院由院士創(chuàng)辦，亞洲角膜病協(xié)會(huì)副主席以及中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)眼科學(xué)分會(huì)常委、角膜病學(xué)組組長(zhǎng)由我院專(zhuān)家擔(dān)任。省內(nèi)眼科唯一的山東省醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)軍人才亦在我院。
醫(yī)院是我國(guó)角膜病診療、科研的龍頭單位，全國(guó)最主要的角膜移植手術(shù)中心之一。在各種眼燒傷、角膜感染、圓錐角膜、飛秒激光輔助的角膜移植、內(nèi)皮移植等疑難角膜病治療方面具有突出的專(zhuān)家、技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)和創(chuàng)新能力。是國(guó)內(nèi)唯一出版角膜病系列專(zhuān)著（前后共5部，500余萬(wàn)字）的單位。還是國(guó)內(nèi)疑難白內(nèi)障、兒童白內(nèi)障、視網(wǎng)膜眼底疾病診療的重要基地，是國(guó)內(nèi)極少數(shù)能夠完成眼部大貫穿手術(shù)（角膜移植聯(lián)合玻璃體切除治療復(fù)雜眼外傷等眼前后段聯(lián)合手術(shù)）的單位之一。
在世界眼科領(lǐng)域權(quán)威學(xué)術(shù)雜志《Ophthalmology》發(fā)表文章10余篇，排行國(guó)內(nèi)第一。憑借在角膜及眼表手術(shù)方面的多項(xiàng)創(chuàng)新，榮獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)，是近20年來(lái)省內(nèi)唯一獲得2項(xiàng)國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)的單位。
自2008年起，醫(yī)院先后被省有關(guān)部門(mén)批準(zhǔn)為山東省眼科臨床專(zhuān)業(yè)質(zhì)量控制中心、山東省眼科醫(yī)學(xué)臨床中心、山東省角膜病防治與功能重建技術(shù)工程中心；國(guó)家住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)基地，亞洲角膜病協(xié)會(huì)（Asia Cornea Society）國(guó)際住院醫(yī)師培訓(xùn)單位。
設(shè)施設(shè)備
現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)用房3萬(wàn)平米，核定床位數(shù)142張。投資2億元建成的亞洲最大的角膜病防治中心----山東省角膜病防治研究中心已投入使用。20年來(lái)，醫(yī)院已累計(jì)從美國(guó)、德國(guó)、日本等地引進(jìn)國(guó)際先進(jìn)的大型眼科檢查、治療和手術(shù)設(shè)備500余臺(tái)(套)。年均投入千萬(wàn)元用于設(shè)備、設(shè)施的更新、維護(hù)，醫(yī)療服務(wù)硬件水平始終處于國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先、國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平。
人才優(yōu)勢(shì)
在謝立信院士的引領(lǐng)下，醫(yī)院職工200余名，其中衛(wèi)生專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員150余人。建成了一支由山東省醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)軍人才、山東省有突出貢獻(xiàn)的中青年專(zhuān)家、山東省泰山學(xué)者攀登計(jì)劃專(zhuān)家為代表的中高級(jí)專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員梯隊(duì)。醫(yī)師總數(shù)70余人，高級(jí)職稱(chēng)醫(yī)師15名，30%以上醫(yī)生具有國(guó)外留學(xué)經(jīng)歷和博士學(xué)歷，碩士及以上學(xué)位人員占比超70%。醫(yī)院歷來(lái)重視高端人才的培養(yǎng)與引進(jìn)。近五年來(lái)，先后引進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)知名醫(yī)學(xué)院校的博士學(xué)歷人員10余位。
醫(yī)院業(yè)已形成了以謝立信院士領(lǐng)軍，史偉云教授（國(guó)家級(jí)行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍人物）為帶頭人，以省級(jí)各專(zhuān)業(yè)知名專(zhuān)家為骨干，以博士研究生學(xué)歷的青年專(zhuān)家為主體，以一批具有研究生學(xué)歷的青年為基礎(chǔ)，年富力強(qiáng)的臨床人才隊(duì)伍；具有山東大學(xué)、青島大學(xué)、濟(jì)南大學(xué)博士、碩士研究生導(dǎo)師資格10余人，形成了一支潮氣蓬勃的教師隊(duì)伍。為醫(yī)院長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。

開(kāi)設(shè)有角膜病、白內(nèi)障、眼底?。▋?nèi)、外）、青光眼、眼肌屈光、眼眶病眼整形、角膜屈光科、驗(yàn)光配鏡（含塑形鏡驗(yàn)配）等臨床專(zhuān)業(yè)科室。門(mén)診設(shè)有知名專(zhuān)家門(mén)診、專(zhuān)家門(mén)診、博士門(mén)診、專(zhuān)業(yè)門(mén)診，滿(mǎn)足各類(lèi)患者就診需要?？稍\治各種眼科常見(jiàn)和疑難病。年均接診來(lái)自全國(guó)30余個(gè)省市地區(qū)眼病患者10萬(wàn)余人次。
醫(yī)院是國(guó)內(nèi)較早開(kāi)展各類(lèi)角膜移植手術(shù)、白內(nèi)障超聲乳化聯(lián)合人工晶狀體植入術(shù)、青光眼手術(shù)、眼底手術(shù)、近視激光矯正術(shù)的醫(yī)院之一，年均完成各類(lèi)手術(shù)10000余例。相關(guān)技術(shù)均達(dá)到國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先、國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平。
特色專(zhuān)長(zhǎng)
角膜病專(zhuān)業(yè)：我國(guó)角膜病診療、科研的龍頭單位，全國(guó)最主要的角膜移植手術(shù)中心之一。我院專(zhuān)家長(zhǎng)期擔(dān)任中華眼科學(xué)分會(huì)角膜病學(xué)組（代表我國(guó)角膜病學(xué)術(shù)最高水平的團(tuán)體）組長(zhǎng)。憑借在各種眼部酸堿熱燒傷，真菌、細(xì)菌、病毒、棘阿米巴等角膜感染，圓錐角膜、飛秒激光輔助的角膜移植、內(nèi)皮移植等疑難角膜病方面的突出的專(zhuān)家、技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)和創(chuàng)新能力，依托國(guó)內(nèi)最大的省級(jí)紅十字眼庫(kù)（也是國(guó)內(nèi)首批國(guó)際合作眼庫(kù)），我院年均提供千余只臨床用角膜材料，每年為來(lái)自全國(guó)的疑難角膜病患者20000余人解除病痛；完成各類(lèi)疑難角膜移植手術(shù)1000余臺(tái)，占全國(guó)角膜移植手術(shù)總量的1/5。
白內(nèi)障及視網(wǎng)膜專(zhuān)業(yè)：常年開(kāi)展各種復(fù)雜的白內(nèi)障摘除手術(shù)，特別是角膜不透明、角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞數(shù)低的高危白內(nèi)障手術(shù)；開(kāi)創(chuàng)白內(nèi)障摘除聯(lián)合25G玻切頭扁平部玻璃體切除術(shù)治療兒童白內(nèi)障手術(shù)。該手術(shù)是現(xiàn)今國(guó)內(nèi)眼科界公認(rèn)最有效、復(fù)發(fā)率最低的兒童先天性白內(nèi)障手術(shù)治療方式?，F(xiàn)開(kāi)展的老年性黃斑變性、早中晚期糖尿病性視網(wǎng)膜病變、各種類(lèi)型視網(wǎng)膜脫離，各種累及眼后段的眼外傷和眼內(nèi)感染，各種病因?qū)е碌难鄣壮鲅约霸绠a(chǎn)兒視網(wǎng)膜病變的診斷和治療也居國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先水平。激光和手術(shù)治療糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變、手術(shù)治療各種復(fù)雜的視網(wǎng)膜脫離、嚴(yán)重眼外傷和眼內(nèi)感染在國(guó)內(nèi)具備突出的優(yōu)勢(shì)。醫(yī)院依托在角膜病領(lǐng)域無(wú)可比擬的超強(qiáng)技術(shù)實(shí)力，是國(guó)內(nèi)極少數(shù)能夠完成眼部大貫穿手術(shù)（角膜移植聯(lián)合玻璃體切除治療復(fù)雜眼外傷等眼前后段聯(lián)合手術(shù)）和利用飛秒激光開(kāi)展各類(lèi)個(gè)體化近視、散光矯正手術(shù)的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)之一。
科研成果
2011年以來(lái)，獲得國(guó)家和省部級(jí)課題資助60余項(xiàng)，科研經(jīng)費(fèi)合計(jì)2500余萬(wàn)元。憑借在角膜及眼表手術(shù)方面的多項(xiàng)創(chuàng)新，榮獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)，山東省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)等省部級(jí)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)10余項(xiàng)，居國(guó)內(nèi)前五，省內(nèi)之首。
發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文300余篇，其中SCI收錄論著133篇，包括Cell Discovery、PNAS、Diabetes等雜志。在世界眼科領(lǐng)域權(quán)威學(xué)術(shù)雜志《Ophthalmology》發(fā)表論文10余篇；出版有國(guó)內(nèi)唯一的角膜病系列專(zhuān)著一套5本：《角膜病學(xué)》《角膜移植學(xué)》、《角膜病圖譜》、《臨床角膜病學(xué)》、《角膜手術(shù)學(xué)》，還聯(lián)合中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)、人民衛(wèi)生出版社聯(lián)合出版《角膜移植手術(shù)集錦》《先天性白內(nèi)障手術(shù)治療》《常用眼表手術(shù)》《眼前段常規(guī)檢查技術(shù)》等教學(xué)光盤(pán)和譯著15部。
社會(huì)公益
常年深入社區(qū)、學(xué)校、農(nóng)村開(kāi)展眼科科普義診、近視防控篩查及扶貧助困活動(dòng)，在全省范圍內(nèi)承攬山東省紅十字會(huì)“博愛(ài)齊魯”白內(nèi)障復(fù)明救助項(xiàng)目。10余年來(lái)累計(jì)開(kāi)展活動(dòng)近7000場(chǎng)次，義診群眾超21萬(wàn)余人，開(kāi)展公益救助手術(shù)1.1萬(wàn)余臺(tái)，減免各類(lèi)診療、手術(shù)費(fèi)用4300余萬(wàn)元。
2009年，醫(yī)院與山東省紅十字會(huì)聯(lián)合成立了角膜捐獻(xiàn)接收組織庫(kù)--山東省紅十字眼庫(kù)。2020年，山東省衛(wèi)健委依托我院設(shè)置山東省眼庫(kù)。深度參與全省角膜捐獻(xiàn)接收、宣傳、志愿服務(wù)等工作?，F(xiàn)年均完成角膜捐獻(xiàn)接收300余例，是國(guó)內(nèi)最大的角膜組織專(zhuān)庫(kù)之一。

Hospital Overview
Shandong Eye Hospital was founded in 2004 by Professor Lixin XIE,an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in ophthalmology, which is an important measure taken by Shandong Provincial Committee and Provincial Government to enlarge and strengthen the “Big Ophthalmology in Shandong” and to increase the Academician Effect, and also a significant step of Shandong Eye Institute to “grow bigger and stronger”. Shandong Eye Hospital is one of the largest state-owned provincial-level Third-grade Class-A specialized eye hospital in China that integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research and blindness prevention.
Led by the academician, our hospital has advantages of talents, technology and scientific research, which is prominent in the country and leading in the province. Our hospital was founded by the academician; an expert of our hospital is the vice chairman of the Asia Cornea Society, a member of the Standing Committee of the Ophthalmological Society of Chinese Medical Association and the leader of the Corneal Disease Group. The only specially-invited expert of leading medical talents in Shandong Province also work in our hospital.
The hospital is a leading unit in keratopathy diagnosis, treatment and research in China, and one of the most important corneal transplantation centers in China. Our hospital has outstanding specialists, technical advantages and innovative ability in the treatment of various eye burns, corneal infections, keratoconus, femtosecond laser-assisted corneal transplantation, endothelial transplantation and many other difficult keratopathies. Our hospital is the only unit in China that has published a series of monographs of corneal diseases (a total of 5 monographs, more than 5 million words). It is also an important base for the diagnosis and treatment of difficult cataracts, pediatric cataracts and retinal fundus oculi diseases in China. Our hospital is one of the few hospitals in China that can complete the major surgery of eyes (corneal transplantation combined with vitrectomy for the treatment of complex ocular trauma and other anterior and posterior segment combined surgeries).
Experts of our hospital have published more than 10 papers in Ophthalmology, a TOP academic journal in ophthalmology, ranking first in China. With many innovations in corneal and ocular surface surgeries, our hospital has won two Second Prize in the National Science and Technology Progress Award, being the only one in Shandong province that has won two Second Prize in the National Science and Technology Progress Award in the past 20 years.
Since 2008, our hospital has been approved by the provincial authorities as Shandong Provincial Quality Control Center for Clinical Ophthalmology, Shandong Provincial Medical Center for Clinical Ophthalmology, Shandong Provincial Technological Engineering Center for Corneal Disease Prevention and Functional Reconstruction, National Standardized Training Base for Resident Physician, International Resident Physician Training Unit of Asia Cornea Society.
Facilities and Equipment
Our hospital now has 30,000 square meters for business purpose and 200 opening beds. Shandong Corneal Disease Prevention and Treatment Research Center, the largest corneal disease prevention and treatment center of Asia, built with an investment of 200 million yuan, has been put into use.
Over the past 10 years, our hospital has introduced more than 500 sets of internationally advanced ophthalmic exam, treatment and surgical equipment from the United States, Germany and Japan. An annual investment of 10 million yuan is used for the renewal and maintenance of equipment and facilities. The hardware level of medical services has always been at the leading level in the country and at the advanced level internationally.
Talent Advantage
Under the guidance of Academician Lixin XIE, our hospital has more than 200 employees, more than 150 of whom are medical professionals. A team of mid-level and high-level professionals represented by the leading medical talents in Shandong Province, the young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions in Shandong Province and the experts of Taishan Scholar Program of Shandong Province has been built. There are more than 70 physicians in total and 15 of them have senior professional titles. More than 30% of our doctors have foreign study experience and doctoral degree, and over 70% of our doctors have master's degree or above. The hospital has always attached great importance to the cultivation and introduction of high-end talents. In the past five years, our hospital has introduced more than 10 professionals graduated from well-known medical colleges and universities in China with doctoral degree.
With the guidance of Academician Lixin XIE, the hospital has also formed a young and dynamic team of clinical professionals with Professor Weiyun SHI (national industry leader) as the leader, provincial-level leading experts as the backbone, young experts with doctoral degree as the main body and a group of young professionals with master’s degree as the foundation. More than 10 doctors in our hospital are qualified doctoral supervisor or master’s supervisor of Shandong University, Qingdao University or Jinan University, forming a team of teachers full of vigor and vitality. Medical Services
Our hospital has many clinical departments, including corneal disease, cataract, fundus disease (internal and external), glaucoma, eye muscle refraction, oculoplastic & orbital surgery, corneal refraction, optometry (including providing optometry services of orthokeratology). Our well-known expert clinics, expert clinics, doctoral clinics and professional clinics can meet the needs of different patients. Our qualified doctors can diagnose and treat a variety of common and difficult ophthalmic diseases. The annual average number of patients with eye diseases coming to our hospital for treatment from more than 30 provinces and cities all over China is more than 100,000.
Our hospital is one of the hospitals in China where various types of corneal transplantation, phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation, glaucoma surgery, fundus surgery and laser myoporthosis are early performed. More than 10,000 cases of various types of surgeries have been completed annually. The relevant technologies have reached a leading level in the country and an advanced level internationally.
Characteristics and Speciality
Corneal disease subspecialty: Our hospital is a leading unit in the diagnosis, treatment and scientific research of corneal disease in China, and is also one of the most important corneal transplantation centers in China. One of our experts has long served as the leader of the Corneal Disease Group of Ophthalmological Society of Chinese Medical Association (the group representing the highest academic level in corneal diseases in China). With the outstanding experts, technological superiority and innovation ability in various acid, alkali and thermal burns around eyes, corneal infections caused by fungi, bacteria, viruses and acanthamoeba, and difficult corneal diseases including keratoconus, femtosecond laser-assisted corneal surgeries and endothelium transplantation, supported by the largest provincial red cross eye bank in our country (also the first batch of international cooperation eye bank in China), our hospital provides more than a thousand corneal materials for clinical use annually and relieves the pain for more than 20,000 patients with complicated corneal diseases from all over the country every year. Our hospital has completed more than 1,000 various corneal transplantation surgeries, accounting for 20% of the total corneal transplantation surgeries in China.
Cataract and retina subspecialties: Our hospital performs various kinds of difficult cataract surgeries all year round, especially the high-risk cataract surgeries for opaque corneas and corneas with low endothelial cells counts. Our hospital has initiated cataract extraction combined with 25G pars plana vitrectomy for children with cataract, which is now considered as the most effective surgical treatment, with the lowest risks, for children with congenital cataract in ophthalmology in China. Our diagnosis and treatment for age-related macular degeneration, early, middle and late stages of diabetic retinopathy, various types of retinal detachments, various eye traumas and intraocular infections involving the posterior segment, fundus hemorrhage resulting from various causes and retinopathy of prematurity are leading in China. In the treatment of diabetic retinopathy with laser and surgery, surgical treatment of various difficult retinal detachments, severe eye traumas and intraocular infections, our hospital has outstanding advantages in China. Relying on the incomparable strong technical strength in the field of corneal diseases, our hospital is one of the few medical institutions in China that can perform the major surgery of the eye (corneal transplantation combined with vitrectomy for the treatment of complex ocular trauma and other anterior and posterior segment combined surgeries) and can complete various types of individualized myopia and astigmatism correction surgeries using the femtosecond laser.
Scientific Research Achievements
Since 2011, our hospital has received more than 60 national level and provincial level project funds, more than 25 million yuan for scientific research in total. With the innovations in corneal and ocular surface surgeries, our hospital has won two Second Prize in the National Science and Technology Progress Award and more than ten provincial-level awards including a First Prize in the Shandong Science and Technology Progress Award, ranking top five in China and the first in Shandong province.
Our doctors have published more than 300 academic papers, 133 of which are included in SCI, including Cell Discovery,?PNAS (IF: 9.809), Diabetes (IF:8.474) and so on. 12 papers were published in Ophthalmology, the TOP academic journal in ophthalmology.
Our experts have published the only series of monographs on keratopathy in China, including 5 monographs: Cornea, Corneal Transplantation, Corneal Atlas, Clinical Cornea, Surgery of the Cornea and have jointly published 15 teaching CDs and translations such as Collection of Outstanding Corneal Transplant Surgeries, Surgical Treatment of Congenital Cataract, Common Ocular Surface Surgeries and Routine Examination Techniques of Anterior Segment with Chinese Medical Association and People's Medical Publishing House.
Public Interest Activities
Our hospital implements activities helping and supporting the poor in communities and rural areas all year round and has carried out a cataract relief activity called “Great Love in Qilu” in conjunction with Shandong Branch of Red Cross Society of China, covering the whole province. Over the past 10 years, we have helped more than 500 economically disadvantaged families and reduced and remitted more than 3 million diagnosis, treatment and surgery fees.
In 2009, our hospital jointly established a tissue bank for cornea donation and reception with Shandong Branch of Red Cross Society of China, called Eye Bank of Shandong Red Cross, being responsible for the cornea donation and reception work in the 17 cities of Shandong province and assisting the publicity and voluntary services of cornea donation. Our hospital receives about 200 cases of cornea donations annually in Shandong province, making us the biggest cornea tissue bank in China.
